No AI Training on Client Data

For Clients Located in the United States
For commercial relationships with clients headquartered in the United States:
The governing law shall be the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Nothing herein prevents VizibAI SAS from seeking injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction.
